Choosing the Right Foam and Mattress Firmness
According to the Better Sleep Council, 68% of people sleep on a mattress that is the wrong firmness. This percentage is even higher when you consider all the people that are sleeping on a three or four-year-old spring mattress that has lost its comfort zone. Then there are the people pleasers that sacrifice their sleep to get the right firmness for their partners. It doesn’t have to be that way.
