Yes, depending on the firmness level you choose.
We offer four firmness options — EC26 (Medium), EC36 (Medium Firm), EC46 (Firm), and EC55 (Extra Firm). If you plan to sleep directly on the foam, we recommend choosing Medium Firm or above for better support.
5. Does the foam come with a cover?
No, this product is sold without a cover.
You can place the foam directly on your bed and cover it using your standard fitted sheet. If you prefer a removable cover, you can purchase or make one separately based on your custom dimensions.
6. How is the foam shipped?
Foam is shipped compressed and vacuum-sealed for cost-effective delivery.
Once opened, allow the foam 24 hours to fully expand to its original shape and size. This shipping method helps save on shipping fees while protecting the product during transit.
7. How do I calculate how much foam I need?
Use the board feet formula: Length × Width × Thickness ÷ 144.
For example, a foam piece measuring 25″ × 35″ × 8″ equals 48.6 board feet. Always round up to the nearest whole number when selecting from the dropdown menu to ensure full coverage.
8. Is this foam safe and non-toxic?
Yes, Ecocell foam is CertiPUR-US certified and safe for use.
It is made without harmful chemicals like formaldehyde or heavy metals. This makes it a great option for households with children or individuals with sensitivities.
9. Can I return the foam if it doesn’t fit?
Custom-cut foam is non-refundable unless there is a defect.
Because each piece is made to order, we do not accept returns for incorrect measurements provided by the customer. Please double-check your dimensions before ordering.
Shipping Details
Your order may arrive vacuum-packed or compressed for efficient shipping. This packaging method does not harm the foam in any way. Please open your package within 7 days of delivery and allow 24 hours for the foam to fully expand and return to its original shape.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the custom nature of our foam products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on mattress toppers unless there is a manufacturing defect. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will work to resolve the issue.
