7. How is the mattress shipped?
It’s compressed, rolled, and shipped in a box for convenience.
To reduce shipping costs and make delivery easier, each mattress is compressed and vacuum-sealed before being packed into a box. Once unpacked, it expands back to its full shape within 24–48 hours.
Shipping Details
Your order may arrive vacuum-packed or compressed for efficient shipping. This packaging method does not harm the foam in any way. Please open your package within 7 days of delivery and allow 24 hours for the foam to fully expand and return to its original shape.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the custom nature of our foam products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on mattress toppers unless there is a manufacturing defect. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will work to resolve the issue.
