These foam cubes are for indoor use only.

While the foam itself is high-quality and durable, it is not UV-protected and will oxidize over time if exposed to sunlight or outdoor elements. Placing the cubes outdoors or near direct or indirect sunlight will lead to faster discoloration and degradation—especially with lighter colors like white or peach. We recommend using these foam cubes in controlled indoor environments only.

We offer four foam options with different density and firmness levels.

Each color represents a different density and ILD rating (firmness). Please refer to our full product description for the exact breakdown. Choosing the right foam depends on your use-case—whether it’s for a toddler pit, a home gym, or a commercial trampoline setup. The density affects durability, while the ILD determines how soft or firm the foam feels under pressure.

We offer foam cubes in 4″, 6″, and 8″ sizes. For shallow home pits or toddler play areas, 4″ cubes are sufficient. For trampoline or gymnastics pits with higher impact, 6″ or 8″ cubes are recommended. The larger the cube, the better the shock absorption for higher jumps and landings.

You’ll need fewer cubes than you might expect, as the 70% fill gives enough cushion without overfilling. Yes, all our foam is CertiPUR-US® certified.

This means our cubes are made without ozone depleters, PBDEs, formaldehyde, or harmful heavy metals. They’re also low-VOC (Volatile Organic Compounds), making them safe for use around children, athletes, and pets in enclosed spaces.

Lighter colors may yellow over time due to oxidation.

Foam naturally oxidizes, especially in lighter shades like white and peach. While this doesn’t affect performance, it may change the visual appearance. To minimize discoloration, avoid exposure to both direct and indirect sunlight. Darker colors like charcoal tend to hold up better over time.

Cubes are shipped compressed and expand upon opening.

To save on shipping, large orders may arrive compressed. Once opened, the foam will expand to its full size within a few hours. No assembly or tools are needed—just open the packaging and let them breathe.

Avoid moisture, direct sunlight, and extreme heat. If storing cubes temporarily, keep them in a breathable container or open-air shelving. Regular fluffing and rotation help maintain the foam’s shape and softness over time.
