
Adjust Your Sleep for the Change in Time
Hey everybody, Daylight Savings Time ends this weekend and it is that time of year when we all fall back to standard time. It’s a 49-hour weekend – Yaaay! You can waste the extra hour as you wish or you can use this as an opportunity to pay back some sleep debt and to develop a better sleep routine. Remember what Ben Franklin said, “…early to bed and early to rise makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise!” If you forget to turn back your clocks, I am sure your smart phone will remind you and even do it automatically for you. Oh how nice it would be if our body’s clock was as automatic as our smart phone.
