About Our Custom Cushions

All custom cushions are made to order based on your selected dimensions, fabric, and foam options. Our cushions are handcrafted in Canada using high-quality materials designed for both residential and commercial applications.

Foam Inserts

Our standard foam insert uses EC series foam.

Available firmness options:

  • Medium
  • Medium Firm
  • Firm

Foam inserts can optionally be ordered with fibre wrap to help create a fuller and more rounded appearance.
If you are looking for a different foam grade or application-specific foam, please contact us.

Fabric Selection

Choose from a variety of in-stock and made-to-order fabrics suitable for:

  • Indoor use
  • Outdoor use
  • Marine applications

Both Sunbrella® and Foamite fabrics can be used for indoor and outdoor applications.

Cushion Construction

All cushions are made as double-sided cushions for extended usability and a more consistent appearance over time.
Sizing Information

  • Enter thickness to the nearest 1/2 inch
  • Enter all other dimensions to the nearest 1/4 inch
  • Finished dimensions may vary slightly due to foam compression and sewing tolerance

Cover Only Option

Selecting “No” under Foam Insert means you are ordering the cover only.

1. How do I measure my cushion?

Measure the width, depth, and thickness of your existing cushion or cushion space. For the best fit, measure seam to seam whenever possible.

2. What if I don’t know which firmness to choose?

Medium is the most common residential option. Medium Firm offers additional support, while Firm is recommended for commercial or high-support applications.

3. Can I order cover only?

Yes. Simply select “No” under Foam Insert to order the cover only.

4. Do foam inserts include fibre wrap?

Fibre wrap is optional and can be added when selecting your foam insert.

5. Are the cushions suitable for outdoor use?

Yes, when paired with outdoor-rated fabrics such as Sunbrella® fabrics or Foamite outdoor fabrics.

6. Are the covers removable?

Yes. Cushion covers include a zipper for easy removal and cleaning.

7. Can I order custom shapes?

Yes. For custom or non-standard shapes, please use the Custom Order page or contact us directly.

8. What is the production lead time?

Production time is typically estimated at 2–3 weeks, plus delivery time depending on the destination and fabric availability.

9. Do you offer fabric samples?

Yes. Fabric samples may be available upon request.

Shipping Details

Your order may arrive vacuum-packed or compressed for efficient shipping. This packaging method does not harm the foam in any way. Please open your package within 7 days of delivery and allow 24 hours for the foam to fully expand and return to its original shape.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of our foam products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on mattress toppers unless there is a manufacturing defect. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will work to resolve the issue.
