Foam may arrive compressed or vacuum-packed to reduce shipping costs. This does not damage the foam. Please open within 7 days and allow 24 hours for it to return to its full shape.

2. Authorized Exchange:
If an exchange is authorized, the customer is responsible for the actual shipping costs, both to and from FOAMITE®. For an exchange to be authorized, the product being returned must be in factory condition. Custom-cut products are non-exchangeable.
Shipping Details
Your order may arrive vacuum-packed or compressed for efficient shipping. This packaging method does not harm the foam in any way. Please open your package within 7 days of delivery and allow 24 hours for the foam to fully expand and return to its original shape.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the custom nature of our foam products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on mattress toppers unless there is a manufacturing defect. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will work to resolve the issue.
